About Michigan Citizens for Election Integrity

Standing Up for Fair, Transparent Elections in Michigan

As the Declaration of Independence reminds us, governments derive their legitimate authority from the consent of the governed. That consent is meaningful only when elections are free, fair, and open. Government is meant to serve the people, not the other way around. When citizens lose the ability to hold leaders accountable at the ballot box, the result is a government that obstructs life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Americans across the political spectrum now agree that confidence in our elections has eroded. Michigan Citizens for Election Integrity is a non-profit organization dedicated to uncovering the truth about how our elections are conducted. We have carried out extensive research into the issues surrounding the 2020 election. Though some have described it as the most secure election in history, our findings point the other way, and we believe the evidence shows it was among the least secure.

"Freedom is a fragile thing and is never more than one generation away from extinction. It is not ours by inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation, for it comes only once to a people. Those who have known freedom and then lost it have never known it again."

RONALD REAGAN

What We Set Out to Do

Our mission is to build an organization devoted to advancing fair, honest, and open elections for every Michigan citizen. Our core strength lies in thorough research and analysis of the issues that shape election integrity. We use that research to inform public policy and to educate the community about the rights and liberties guaranteed to Michigan citizens under the U.S. and Michigan Constitutions. In carrying out this mission, we strive to improve social welfare and support the common good of all Michigan residents.
